[MontelLUG] Compilazione programma

Salve a tutti,
     ho scaricato i sorgenti di kmobiletool e devo compilare il programma.
Purtroppo mi son bloccato già alla prima fase: la creazione del file
configure (non presente nei file),
Qualcuno saprebbe darmi un aiuto?
