Gli ultimi Clonezilla sono basati su PartClone (default) che supporta 
nativamente sia btrfs che ext4. Non mi pare sia possibile invece il 
ripristino su dischi più piccoli. Il supporto NTFS di PartClone è buono 
(lo usiamo in azienda di continuo per i backup dei pc industriali), 
quello di FSArchiver sembra non essere completo.
