Beh la classe 10.0.0.x è prevista per usi locali come da rfc 1918 
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1918) e 5735 
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5735)

Forse non ho capito... ma hanno assegnato degli indirizzi pubblici 
10.x.x.x??
