Non hai mai eseguito test di tipo Long o Conveyance.

Per eseguire i test:

# smartctl -t long /dev/<device>
# smartctl -t conveyance /dev/<device>

Considera che i tempi di test run per il tuo HD sono:

Short self-test routinerecommended polling time:        (   2) minutes.

Extended self-test routine
recommended polling time:        ( 143) minutes.

Conveyance self-test routine
recommended polling time:        (   2) minutes.

Concordo sull'utilizzo di uno strumento più user friendly della riga di
comando.
