Puoi provare con

  (root) # apt install pinentry-gtk2
  (user) $ echo 'pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-gtk-2' >> ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf

Dovrebbe esserci anche un versione di pinentry per Qt visto che usi KDE.
