[MontelLUG] corrispondenza con Microsoft

Ciao  a tutti
  Spesso mi vengono rispedite la mail (uso Thunderbird).  Con l'ultima 
ho visto che ero stato bloccato da Ms e ho allora inviato la richiesta 
di derubricazione dalla lista nera.
Vi allego  la risposta e se qualcuno mi può dare qualche dritta sulla 
questione "spam-like" activity in modo da eliminare alla fonte il 
problema.....
